CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

are governed by the following cancellation and refund policy

1. COUNSELLING SESSIONS

Due to limited time slots, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled session. This gives us the opportunity to offer the slot to anyone on the wait list. If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the session date and time, you will receive a full refund within 7 days of the cancellation. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted and the balance refunded to your account. The owner has the only right to be flexible here. You may cancel by phone, message or email to the contact details given on this website.

2. EVENT TICKETS

Due to limited seats, we request that you cancel at least 96 hours before the event starting time. This gives us the opportunity to offer the seat to anyone on the wait list. If your cancellation is at least 96 hours in advance of the session date and time, you will receive a full refund within 7 days of the cancellation. If your cancellation is less than 96 hours in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted and the balance refunded to your account. The owner has the only right to be flexible here. You may cancel by phone, message or email to the contact details given on this website.
